Beautiful, but came undone

I LOVED the sweet shade necklace and wanted to buy it and the bracelet. Necklace was sold out so I purchased the sweet shade bracelet about a month ago. I thought the gems may be a little loose, but figured thats how it was. I finally got the chance to wear it out this weekend to dinner and..2 of the crystal gems fell off. My husband was the one who noticed it and I was so sad. Is there any way to return or exchange it? I just love the colors so much.
